Manage various projects simultaneously with efficiency, speed, and quality while meeting deadlines.• Effectively manage the flow of information and communication across all project stakeholders, including status updates and key deliverables, to ensure deadlines are being met.• Create, manage, and assign tasks within project management software• Interfacing with call center vendors, Internet Listing Services and other such marketing-related vendors regarding related tasks, scope, updates and budget• Completing and maintaining vendor intake forms, documentation, reporting or any other related items.• Coordinate and review vendor contracts and maintain contract database.• Schedule and coordinate meetings to create, implement and manage the flow of projects.• Manage the testing, proofing and trafficking of outbound digital marketing initiatives including email and social media campaigns.• Maintain library of email templates and provide properties with quick response templates as requested.• Manage the flow of tasks related to property acquisitions and dispositions• Keep information for marketing initiatives organized and on track, and ensure all needed information is provided to successfully complete incoming digital collateral requests• Updates and maintains project documents and/or databases. • Organizes, compiles and prepares reports as requested. • Additional project management tasks as needed across the marketing department
