I have extensive experience in Finance, IT and Project Management, I am passionate about enhancing companies´ efficiency of processes and resources by detecting business needs and implementation of solutions. I possess a focus for improvement in execution with an approach that urges innovation, elimination of non-value added work and elimination of pain points for clients. I challenge the status quo, for me it is not enough to just do a good job, we have to stay competitive and I consistently look for new and better ways of doing business, saving money and adding benefits to our customers. I bring broad international background, understanding of multicultural environments and proven success working in multi-location organizations.I have Know-how in various areas such as, information technology, finance and administration, strategic planning, internal control, auditing, financial controlling, compliance, Corporate FP & A, financial modeling, Ad hoc analysis regarding revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.For me finance is not only numbers, but being a business partner providing financial advise to ensure sound decision making. I have solid knowledge in US GAAP, IFRS, Transfer Prices, Corporate Tax, Accounting and Treasury. I have cross-industry experience within large multinational companies: consumer goods, technological solutions, automotive industry, beverages and health services.I have already gained in-depth know how in multinational projects environment and I have strong knowledge of the full cycle of project management PMP and PMBOK guide. I have the expertise to pick and choose which sections of the guide to use depending on the project. I have a strong proven record of having successfully implemented several projects using both, waterfall and agile methodologies. I have strong expertise in applying flexible change management deliverables, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement to increase end-user adoption of project implementation.I am recognized by peers, contributors and senior leadership for my tenacity in innovative best practices, they call me the doer because I do have hands-on attitude and they want me around when they need to improve what is being done. My specialty is quickly learning new skills, so if I do not have the knowledge of something yet I can learn it very fast and with enthusiasm. My joy is to be a servant Leader.
