ABOUT ESMERALDA PINTO
Current Undergrad majoring in English with a minor in Legal Studies and a Civil Rights Attorney in the making. Growing up in a community rich with diversity, where I was surrounded by individuals who were minorities and immigrants, I have seen firsthand how systemic injustices can affect lives, and this has fueled my determination to advocate for those who are often marginalized and mistreated. I believe that every individual deserves to feel heard, and I aim to contribute to this goal by advocating for change, one step at a time. My pre-law journey in English and Legal studies is done with love, passion, and seeking personal growth. My education is a toolset for meaningful change. It prepares me for legal challenges and equips me with exceptional research and analytical skills, enhancing my reading comprehension and critical thinking abilities. I am eager and enthusiastic about using my skills and passion for law where I can support and contribute to an esteemed organization, as well as learning and enhancing my skills to make a positive impact to the community.
