As a junior at The University of Alabama majoring in Finance with a minor in Actuarial Sciences, I’m eager to continue learning and growing within the actuarial and insurance space, particularly in analytical, investment, or enterprise risk management roles. This past summer, I completed a 12-week internship with AmWins Insurance Brokerage, where I gained firsthand exposure to client management, marketing strategy, and carrier-broker relations. This experience demonstrated my ability to learn quickly while contributing to the team’s success. I also applied my analytical skills to effectively communicate data-driven insights. In addition, my leadership as Social Media & Marketing Chair for the Epsilon Chapter of Gamma Iota Sigma has strengthened my ability to manage projects, enhance engagement, and develop creative solutions. I thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, and am currently preparing for Actuarial Exam P in May 2026. Secured and coordinated a professional photographer for high-quality group and individual headshots to enhance chapter branding. Boosted campus visibility and student engagement by designing and distributing flyers, announcements, and sign-up forms for events. Selected to represent the Epsilon Chapter at the Gamma Iota Sigma National Conference this September.
