ABOUT ESME MURPHY ASSOC.
Hey! My name is Esme Murphy. I am the Talent Development & Culture Coordinator at Global.I am an early-career People Professional working in Talent Development, and supporting the wider team of Internal Comms and DEI at Global. I found a passion in radio when I was young and attended the Global Academy, a media UTC, from ages 14 - 18, where I achieved a Distinction (Equivalent to in my Level 2 Creative Media & Technology Diploma and my Level 3 Extended Creative Media & Technology Diploma.Since starting at Global, I have completed my Level 3 Learning & Development Apprenticeship, alongside achieving my Level 3 CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), giving me the practical skills and knowledge to work as a People Professional.Throughout my time at Global Academy and in my role now, I have grown my creative skills using different platforms such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Zetta, Burli, and Microsoft 365. In my spare time, I enjoy tapping into my creative side through volunteering at local radio stations, and owning a platform to help young creatives find opportunities in the industry - Branding The Youth.
