ABOUT ESME BATCHELOR
After a wonderful few years of teaching and working in education I have made the decision to leave the profession and go back to financial services and working with grads/career changers! The time I spent teaching has changed me as a person and made me better at what I do. I genuinely miss working with such amazing teaching colleagues, but most of all I miss working with the incredible students I had the privilege to teach but I needed a role that was more flexible and supportive of my young family. I now work for The Openwork Partnership where I will be managing the emerging talent team and supporting our next generation participants through their development journey!This new role allows me to fulfil my two passions - talent development and HR. I can already see the difference I can make and the value I can add as well as what I can learn so I can develop my own skill set.I am a mental health first aider and incredibly passionate about mental health.
