About Esma Deljanin

I’m a COO with a passion for supporting working mothers and early career professionals. Over the past several years, I’ve embarked on a personal journey of growth and development, one that has prepared me to build my own brand and amplify my voice, where I can share my experiences and insights with others. My journey is rooted in both my professional life and my personal experience as the mom of five. I’ve navigated the challenges of climbing the career ladder, after spending years raising my family, I reached the C-suite and I know firsthand what it takes to adapt, pivot, and lead with both strategy and heart. I’m driven by a belief that every person in your child’s life contributes to your village, and that the right support system can make all the difference.I’ve seen the gaps that can arise in both motherhood and the workplace, and I’m committed to ensuring that the voices of working mothers are not pushed aside. Whether it’s through coaching early career professionals or training as a doula, I’m dedicated to creating supportive spaces where moms can thrive both at home and at work.Beyond my profession, I’ve also built a strong connection to my roots. A few years ago, I started a community for professionals from the small towns in Montenegro where my parents are from. Through mentorship and coaching, I’m helping many navigate their careers, offering guidance as they step into their professional lives with confidence. This work has reinforced my belief that no one succeeds alone, we all need the right opportunities, support, and encouragement to grow. When I speak about motherhood, people tell me I light up, and I truly believe in the transformative power of sharing our stories and experiences. I’m here to inspire and empower others to realize that success in motherhood and in the workplace are not mutually exclusive. Together, we can redefine what it means to be a working mom in today’s world.
