As an experienced strategist with international economics acumen, I have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions to complex business challenges. With over a decade of experience, I have a passion for cross-sector collaboration and strategic thinking, resulting in scaling impact across public, private, and non-profit stakeholders. My expertise in cost and risk reduction has enabled me to halve production costs and boost customer satisfaction. I am proud of my contributions to increasing female workforce representation and leveraging data-driven insights for field operation improvements, leading to transformative changes in organizational culture and efficiency. Currently pursuing my mid-career MBA as a Sloan Fellow at MIT, I am on sabbatical from my role as Director at SOLshare, where I led the company\'s product development and business strategy. Prior to that, I led the technology change management at BRAC\'s Skills Development Programme and worked on social protection, urban, and governance issues at the World Bank headquarters. As a United World College and Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies alumna, I am always looking to expand my knowledge and network.
