Empathy is what drives great design and is what I continue to advocate for in my daily life and work.My passion is the customer’s experience - internal and external. I take the culture I am surrounded by and help immerse those around me. I create and redefine processes that improve productivity based on ever-changing needs and new ideas. I take the time to teach and refocus based on each individual’s opportunities.
