As the first PM hire at Kimelo, I focus on turning fragmented, manual workflows into reliable, intuitive experiences that users trust and enjoy using.I start with the customer, understanding their friction, language, and intent. I spend time understanding users’ day-to-day friction, mapping unspoken needs, and translating insights into scalable solutions. On the AI side, I lead the Order Ingestion Platform, converting SMS, voicemails, and PDFs into ERP-ready orders across 10K+ SKUs, reaching 95%+ accuracy and influencing $15M+ GMV. Through 15+ discovery sessions and 30+ VoC cycles, I collaborate with engineering, design, and ML research to align model logic, UX, and performance metrics.On payments, I designed a multi-vendor payout infrastructure with Stripe Connect, automating invoice lifecycles and reconciliation workflows. By partnering with finance, ops, and compliance teams, I introduced flexible fee models and laid the foundation for embedded finance (BNPL, factoring, and white-label cards), driving a projected 10% revenue uplift.Across platform and e-commerce, I’ve shipped onboarding flows (unique-link invites driving 70% CTR / 80% activation), Pickup Fulfillment (+20% addressable orders), and API-first services for orders and invoices, reducing billing errors and support load.Before Kimelo, I worked in product strategy and analytics, where I learned the rigor of ROI modeling, MVP scoping, and data-driven prioritization.
