Managing a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and subject matter experts to research, develop and launch major features to enhance a key external digital facing product and experience. As we launch these major features, feedback, analytics and interviews are utilized to understand what is needed by the 4+ user types. From this, I am able to collaborate with 5+ different areas to design and implement solutions to address what was learned. As part of implementing these solutions, I work with teams to evaluate process implications and re-design those processes to incorporate the new digital products seamlessly. The result is increased client satisfaction by both internal and external users.
