As the Head of Recruitment and HR Operations at Frequence, I led a high-performing recruiting team and managed end-to-end recruitment strategies, aligning talent acquisition with company goals. I implemented key HR tools, including Greenhouse, Trinet, Ashby, and Bamboo HR, to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.In my role, I managed key HR functions, such as grievance resolution, employee engagement, entire event management, and performance appraisals. I also facilitated onboarding, offboarding, and leave management processes. As an HR Business Partner, I work closely with U.S. stakeholders, including the VP, CEO, Head of People, and Department Heads, to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a positive organizational culture.
