Review and audit processes with a continuous improvement mindset to improve current processes and improve RFT.Continuously driving to reduce costs out of our products and analysing and identifying future cost reductions that are applicable to our products. Focusing on refining and improving production methods in order to reduce our scrap output and increase yields. Producing and presenting accurate reports for the senior management teams in order to view current work streams and current business objectives. Managing and up-skilling junior members of the manufacturing engineering team and guiding graduate placement members who come into the Manufacturing Engineering function of the business. Becoming one of the most trusted individuals in the manufacturing engineering team, to be given complex problems with tight deadlines, in order to meet the business needs of the facility.Accountable for change control and being a controlled delegate as Manufacturing Engineering Authority.
