A new tool can never fix a problem if the problem isn\'t about the tool. Most large teams I\'ve worked with operate in silos and struggle to connect with each other. There are inefficiencies that make their day harder and over time those processes become so complex that nobody really knows where to start fixing them. And honestly, it\'s nobody\'s fault. Not the tools, not the people. The system just never got the attention it needed. I spent last few years in B2B marketing building systems, figuring out what makes teams work and what slows them down. That curiosity is what eventually pulled me into this work. The way I approach it is pretty straightforward. I start with what a team already has, where they are right now, and where they want to get to. No ripping everything out, no overwhelming rollouts. Just finding where that 1% efficiency improvement lives and building from there, with automation and AI as the enabler rather than the solution. Currently doing this for Emapta Global and our clients across different functions and teams, trying my best to make life easy for different teams and businesses :)
