As Managing Director of Grover Foods Ltd, I have built a fully integrated Potato-Flakes business that spans seed selection on our farms, temperature-controlled storage, and ultra-modern processing—delivering premium ingredients to snack makers and food processors across Asia, Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East.My journey began in northern India, where potato cultivation followed age-old methods and post-harvest losses were high. Recognizing the need for consistency, My Family led investments in precision planting, drip irrigation and high-yield seed varieties. Next came a cold-storage network with automated monitoring to preserve freshness and eliminate spoilage.At our state-of-the-art processing plant from Tummers Netherland, we’ve merged sustainability with efficiency: solar panels offset 50% of our energy, closed-loop water systems cut freshwater use by 40%, and food-grade sanitation ensures full Halal, BRCGS and HACCP compliance.
