At the Center for Biologic Imaging, we focus on utilizing emerging technologies that have allowed us to enable whole organs to be imaged at extremely high resolutions such that we can locate individual cells among billions. The data acquired from these tissues reaches many terabytes, so I focus on finding visualization techniques and processing environments that can handle these huge datasets. This involves some manual annotation as well as writing scripts in Python to use various programs to analyze the data.
