With a degree in Communications from Santa Clara University (summa cum laude) and a post-graduate songwriting diploma from BIMM London, Esha brings both academic rigor and creative nuance to her passion for music. Beyond her own artistry, she has contributed to the music ecosystem through roles at NAMM, The Recording Academy, and more.Currently, Esha works at Universal Music Group, where she leads audience development for Interscope Records’ pop/rock roster and the label brand. In this role, she partners closely with Interscope\'s digital marketing, eCommerce, and marketing teams to foster meaningful artist-to-fan connections and drive revenue through artist stores, while maintaining a consistent brand voice across first-party marketing channels.As a self-published singer-songwriter, she’s released a self-written EP and multiple singles, co-produced with GRAMMY-nominated producers and recorded in legendary Bay Area studios, in addition to building and running her social media presence, designing her website, and booking shows nationally and internationally. Her music blends emotional depth with striking clarity, earning her performances on iconic stages, including the renowned Carnegie Hall in New York City.Whether she’s behind the mic or behind the scenes, Esha is driven by one thing: amplifying authentic voices through music.
