As a Workplace Design Specialist, I bring creative design thinking and technical precision together to deliver high-end commercial interiors that are functional, customized, and visually striking.I collaborate closely with clients to understand their spatial needs, align design goals, and create layouts that reflect their brand and culture. From concept development to final installation, I lead each phase with clarity, detail, and efficiency.Key responsibilities: • Design and present proposed layouts, furniture plans, and 3D visualizations using CET Designer, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray. • Prepare technical documentation including redline revisions, install drawings, CAP drawings, and bills of materials. • Coordinate with clients, sales teams, product designers, and installation partners to ensure seamless execution. • Manage project timelines and updates using PMX and Bluebeam Revu to maintain accuracy and communication across teams. • Work with Haworth’s Tailor Solution and One Touch teams to deliver customized solutions that meet unique client needs. • Doing live design as and when it few for clients. • Assist in pricing stages including pre-bid, schematic budgeting, and purchase order preparation.My approach blends creativity, logic, and deep attention to detail — ensuring that each project not only meets the brief but exceeds expectations.
