Title : Biovia Healthcare SolutionsClient : Monsanto, USA Testing Tools : WorkSoft Certify, Selenium, JIRARole : Automation Track LeadDuration : Feb 09 – Till dateTeam size : 19Roles and Responsibilities-Optimizing automation frame work WorkSoft Certify and Selenium-Automation Track lead-Defining, Implementing and stream line the Quality Process-Individual contributor for automation-Team Coordination and Mentoring in all technical aspects-Execution of functional, Smoke Test, regression tests and bug reporting-Developing & Enhancing the scripts using WorkSoft Certify and Selenium tool-Estimation, resource planning and working along with team to meet the deliverable before the time-Preparation of Test Summary Report-Strictly adhere to the AGILE process and methodologies-Maintenance of Automation Test Scripts-Development of Test Plans, Requirement Matrix and Test Summary Reports -Conducting brainstorm sessions on technologies and quality process and educating the team-Plan, analyze, design, develop, execute and maintain automated and manual test cases (including test data), scripts and test suites -Write accurate defect reports, facilitate problem resolution, and verify fixes -Conduct reviews and inspections of project deliverables and provide feedback -Ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery of testing assignments -Ensure good communication and constructive working relationships within team and customers
