As a Legal Consultant and Manager of Public Private Partnership Projects of Laqshya Media Ltd. I\'ve been exposed to opportunities and challenges that brought results for the company and growth in my deliverables. Led the Litigation Management team for the flagship project of Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) and International Commercial Arbitration, along with other long term litigation projects PAN India. Extended valuable support to Quantum Specialist, Arbitration specialist, Advisory firms, Financial analyst, Third-party Funding experts, top tier law firms across the globe to create Legal Merit Notes, Strategy notes, Damage Claim Reports, Claim analysis, legal submissions, etc. to develop strong litigation case across jurisdiction. My journey of global interaction includes exposure to international working standards including both Civil and Common law jurisdiction, legal and logical application of facts, research and presentation of enormous data in creative charts/ crisp timelines/ short summaries, understanding litigation process of International local courts and adapting and navigating through different working styles and setting common grounds for effective outcome and results. At India level, opportunities led me to handle, consult and manage various civil and criminal matters including, contract drafting, reviewing, negotiating and execution, managing family law matters leading to amicable settlement, NI matters, Bail matters, Bank loan matters, Payment default matters, WC matters, etc, successfully engaging lawyers/ law firms to handle Case file effectively ensuring end results. Enriched with an undying interest in research, zeal for learning, adapting international working standards with an added flavor of my own style, positive attitude and soft skills, I\'m driven to keep going, growing and absorbing knowledge with application of the right combination of skill set that best suits the end objective.
