ABOUT ESHA HIRLEKAR
I am a Finance and consulting Enthusiast with an MBA Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai (Batch 2019-21) and completed my LLB from prestigious Government Law College. I am also a qualified company secretary with an all-India rank of 15th in the final examination. I completed my CS internship with Vodafone Idea Limited in the legal and secretarial department. I got an opportunity to work closely for the Idea-Vodafone merger, QIP issue and preferential issue with respect to compliance requirements with various internal and external stakeholders. I secured a Pre-Placement Offer with HSBC STG through their competition called HSBC IB league and was employed with HSBC in the capacity of Investment Banking Analyst. post that, I was employed with Deloitte in the capacity of Assistant Manager, Commercial Due Diligence since August 2022. I am currently employed with Alwarez and Marsal in their private equity performance improvement team as an associate. I am a trained kathak and latin dancer and constantly try to hone my skills and am intrigued by things that require an in-depth understanding and research and interested in bigger picture of the task.
