Currently, my roles are working with the development, implementation, QA, and product development teams with updating and creating new content for our documentation using Madcap Flare and Confluence for the Umbria and CAM platforms. This includes how-to\'s and videos, internal documentation, release notes, sprint notes, and online documentation. Additionally working with the Umbria product team on product development and feature specifications on the product management side, including maintaining Confluence, the sprint management and tickets, QAing features, internal Confluence documentation and training our team, and running team meetings and collaborations.Past roles-Documentation for the CAM and Milan platforms in 20••••20-Senior Umbria Support person managing issues, enhancements, questions, and documentation requests for current Umbria clients that have rolled out, or internally for in-progress clients. From installation, to import, validation to configuration and rollout.Documentation, QA and development initiatives as well-Headed the firm\'s internal IT, hardware, software and security, since Nov 2014 until early 2016 for the firm\'s IT.
