At Stride Consulting I lead our GenAI practice, helping organizations adopt and integrate large language models (LLMs) into real products and workflows.My work centers on translating the capabilities of LLMs into software that teams can trust, understand, and scale. I guide cross-functional teams through strategy, discovery, and delivery—ensuring that safety, interpretability, and developer enablement remain core to every solution.I’ve partnered with organizations at every stage of maturity, from startups exploring first applications of generative AI to enterprises rethinking how they build and operate.    At Stride Consulting I lead our Generative AI practice, helping organizations design and implement software where large language models (LLMs) power core functionality. My work spans agentic workflows, legacy system modernization, and AI solutions in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, and government.I guide product and engineering teams through every stage of the AI adoption journey—from early discovery and proof of concept to production deployment. This includes defining solution architectures, identifying safety and reliability considerations, and enabling client developers to build responsibly on top of LLMs.I’ve partnered with both startups and global enterprises to deliver AI-driven products, accelerate modernization, and scale technical capabilities. Across all engagements, I focus on making AI systems interpretable, maintainable, and aligned with business and user goals.Beyond client delivery, I help shape Stride’s overall GenAI strategy, lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers, and develop repeatable frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
