Lead Trial attorney in over 100 jury trials both as a federal prosecutor and as a defense counsel involving literally every offense prosecuted by the federal authorities with the exception of terrorism. Represented hundreds of clients since opening my private practice in October 1989 in a wide range of cases, from white collar offenses, including securities, health care, tax, banking,and insurance fraud cases, to racketeering, murder, gang and organized crime prosecutions, as well as civil litigation in both the federal and New York state courts. I have also been appellate counsel in dozens of appeals, before the Second, Third and Fourth federal circuits, as well as in the new York state First and second departments and the New York State court of Appeals.
