   Answered calls regarding users who had issues stemming from being migrated from one domain to another. Remotely connected to their workstations to facilitate a fix for their particular issue using Bomgar, SCCM or Teams. Managed accounts as necessitated for users to be able to utilize their resources. Wrote Powershell sripts to make widespread changes to accounts in Active Directory to help setup user migrations. Worked with Levels 1, 2 and 3 support to find and fix issues that users had after migrating. Participated in the planning of the migration process. Helped prepare machines to be migrated by making sure that they were able to connect to the migration server. Checked aspeects of user accounts that were going tobe migrated to make sure that they were ready to be migrated.
