As a Membership and Certification Senior Associate at Smithbucklin, I play a crucial role in supporting Worldwide ERC® (WERC®), an association for global talent mobility professionals. With a rich background in customer service and non-profit work, I take pride in delivering effective solutions and ensuring a positive experience for WERC members. My role focuses on membership and leading WERC\'s certification programs, but as a multi-skilled professional, I also regularly provide data analytics, update policies and procedures, facilitate WERC\'s public policy committee meetings, lead our Latin America committee meetings, manage our online community groups, and have a hand in marketing for education, membership, and event products. I additionally collaborate with my colleagues in streamlining operations, creating value for our members, innovating strategically, as well as providing excellent customer service.

   As a Senior Associate, I play a critical role in supporting Worldwide ERC® (WERC®), an association for global talent mobility professionals. I streamline operations, create value and solutions for our client members, and provide excellent customer service. My role focuses on membership and leading my client\'s certification programs, but as a multi-skilled professional, I regularly provide reports and data analytics. In addition to this, I facilitate my client\'s committee meetings by coordinating with the leaders to create an agenda and guide the conversations. I am also the newly assigned project manager for my client\'s annual Latin America event in Brazil.
