   Devise and conduct program evaluations for federal and foundation clients using mixed method approaches. Author internal and public reports for partners, funders, and participants to communicate findings, including interview and focus group memos, practice guides for education practitioners, case studies, survey finding snapshots, slide decks, and large-scale comprehensive reports for technical audiences. Lead technical assistance projects to support state and local education leaders through ED’s Regional Education Laboratory. This includes leading a 14-person team to co-create a framework, webinar, and accompanying resources that help education practitioners diversify the teacher workforce.
