Eryn Hathaway is a wife, mother and public servant who has built a career around her shared passions of marketing, youth and advocacy. She is the founder of Eryn PiNK Girl Empowerment an organization founded under ICE Mentors: Image Character Etiquette inc. in 2012 committed to the empowerment and wellness development of girls and teens. With a mission to educate, inspire and ignite pathways to success, Eryn PiNK’s role model led curriculum is designed to cultivate healthy lifestyles, academic success and sustained self-worth while encouraging young women to embrace what Eryn refers to as the “enjoyment of girlhood.”The strategic approach for Eryn PiNK Ltd. is simple; everyone needs someone to push them and show them the way. Through programs such as its Lunch Box Girl Talk School Program and The She’s Gold Leadership and Personal Development Program participating girls receive tools and resources to navigate life as confident young women. Eryn PiNK’s signature program, “Give that Girl the Mic,” is an all-girl talent showcase highlighting the diverse talents of young women in Central Ohio and neighboring cities.For her work and commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders, Eryn was recognized as a 2019 “History Maker” by McDonald’s and Radio One. She is also the recipient of the Otterbein University Young Alumni Award for her contributions to the community.Eryn is a graduate of Otterbein University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Speech Communications.Eryn has been an educator, mentor and youth leader for more than 10 years. Eryn PiNK was founded during her senior year of college before she took her passion full-time in 2014. Alongside her husband, and backed by their Christian values, she hopes to continue to create safe spaces for our young women to grow, thrive, live out loud and be their best selves.
