Talent Acquisition Specialist: Source through multiple platforms/channels, attract, assist candidates and plan interviews and selection procedures. Design job descriptions, pricing bands and interview questions that reflect position requirements. Foster strong relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Assist with company long-term and short-term goals. Support AttainX\'s Department of Energy (DOE) General Support Services Contract (GSSC), additional government contracts and internal corporate strategic hiring efforts. Report to the Vice President of Human Resources and work closely with DOE GSSC Program Manager to identify staffing needs for contractual needs. Plan employee engagement activities.Project Manager: Meeting facilitation for internal and external engagements to include, for example, teambuilding activities, notetaking, hosting, engagement planning and execution. Develop and maintain project schedules and WBS, lead documentation and maintenance of project priorities and efforts, support meeting facilitation and monitor action items in identified project management tools. Seek out and incorporate feedback from government staff, leadership and other agency stakeholders. Identify improvement opportunities that support strategic objectives. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Translate project and program objectives into measurable performance indicators that provide value and can be used for managerial decision support. Communicate project and program status, identify and coordinate appropriate solutions and staffing to meet established deadlines. Perform gap and improvement analysis resulting in the development and modification of documentation used to support procedures, processes and workflows. Ensure projects and programs have staff with appropriate skillset. Develop and maintain a matrix of program staff, skills and initiatives. Communicate staffing changes and work assignments to meet requirements.
