To lead and manage the operational performance of the West London Health Partnerships Ltd. ‘LIFT’ buildings To be responsible for compliance with the day to day provisions of LIFTCo’s operational obligations contained within the specific project documentation through: •Develop an understating of the Project Documents, including but not limited to the associated Service Provider Agreements. •Monitor and report contractual compliance with the Project Documentation, including the Management Services Agreements, Project Agreements and Lending Agreements in all matters relating to operational delivery. •Manage a robust monitoring system for the Hard FM Provider based on the Estates Management Contracts and Facilities Management Agreements •Produce timely, accurate interim and Board reports to the General Manager. •Build and sustain excellent professional relationships with the Head Tenant, Community Health Partnerships, and their tenants. •Build and sustain excellent professional relationships with the Hard FM Service Provider. •Providing leadership where necessary to the Hard FM Provider. •Proactively develop, manage and report upon Environmental Social Governance initiatives and at all times drive utilization of the buildings and overall tenant satisfaction •Providing efficient and timely management support to the GM in all aspects of managing projects. •Effectively liaise with colleagues in the project management of any capital or variation works for the buildings. •Actively engage in Strategic Asset Management work such as through compiling utilisation reports and attending meetings as required and delivering continuous lifecycle and asset management improvement in collaboration with colleagues.
