As a Shop and Onboard Product Performance Analyst, I\'m in charge of tracking sales performance for onboard stores and ancillary sales (Spa, Photo-Video, Bar). My missions include - Production of sales reports and cost analysis- Performance analysis and stock optimization- Recommendations on restocking and offer definition based on sales performance analysis, on sales animation (promotion, incentive etc.) and pricing- Data integrity control in liaison with the IT and Data Analytics teams- Participation in drawing up and monitoring budgets, business plans and reforecasts;
