Sanofi R&D: Global Head of Bioimaging (France/US, 16 FTEs) Sept 2020-Dec 2022Served as global head of biomedical imaging with 2 teams in France and 1 in the US with 16 permanent teammates. Interdigitated with project teams of Therapeutic Areas to support research portfolio with imaging biomarkers (>50 projects/year). Monitored performances of teams with metrics to accelerate top priority projects. Spearheaded major business initiatives to modernize imaging capabilities with external collaborations (CEA, Stanford, MGH, IMI consortium). Participated to due diligence to acquire Tidal Therapeutics (innovative mRNA-based research platform) and developed new methodologies to characterize mRNA delivery formulations for pharma and vaccines.
