Act as advisor to the business/broader HR for all Americas inbound international moves. In particular, responsible for immigration advice and initiatives across the US region. Primary point of contact for senior Employees who are moving into certain countries within the region. Assists in the management of the International Mobility Operations team. Involved in key global projects and process improvements as part of the International Reward team. Support the senior Regional IM lead in providing mobility advisory to the business through HR Business Partners, Performance Reward Benefit and Talent Acquisition specialists. Include training and stakeholder relationship building with stakeholders as well problem solving to ensure awareness and compliance to IM policies across the region. Partner with multiple teams (e.g. payroll, TA, AskHR, benefits, pensions etc) to ensure a joined-up approach in the delivery of end to end services.
