What happens when 5,000+ microfinance staff get access to the right training, at the right time, through the right platform? They hit their KPIs. Finance recovery improves. Clients get better service. That’s the work I do. With 15+ years in Learning & Development across microfinance and the development sector, I specialize in designing training systems that directly move business outcomes. My core belief: training isn’t an HR activity it’s a performance lever.
