   Collaborate on 4 funded research studies focusing on the new media and technology behaviors, healthcare experience, well-being, and decision-making processes of culturally and linguistically diverse populations. • Spearhead the creation of multilingual surveys in English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Bengali, and video interventions on Qualtrics to save 40% of the time and costs for the research team. • Work independently using surveys, interviews, card sorting to understand different populations\' beliefs, attitudes, needs, and behaviors from the intersectional field of communication, media studies, psychology, and sociology. • Perform multidisciplinary literature reviews, analyzing 800+ research articles to summarize useful insights to identify research topics, knowledge gaps and problems, and inform decision making.• Conduct 100+ hours of in-depth interviews and focus groups with diverse populations via Zoom or phone calls and in person to gain critical insights.• Communicate results and deliver suggestions and solutions in various ways (journal articles, research reports, policy briefs, white paper, infographics) for stakeholders regionally, nationally, and internationally.• Plan and manage 4 writing support groups with 80+ online sections and 10+ in-person sections to promote intellectual, emotional, and productivity support.
