With over a decade of experience across nonprofit, higher education, and city government sectors, I’ve dedicated my career to creating pathways for underrepresented students and communities to thrive. As a first-generation student from Jamaica, Queens, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating complex systems—and I’ve spent my career developing strategies that dismantle barriers, empower communities, and drive meaningful change. I specialize in program innovation, stakeholder engagement, and equity-driven strategy, leveraging data and collaboration to design initiatives that expand access to education and economic mobility. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of power dynamics and a commitment to fostering environments where talent, regardless of background, have the opportunity to succeed. Beyond my professional life, I find joy in anime, history, mixed martial arts, and video games—because building a more just world doesn’t mean losing sight of the things that inspire us.
