   I\'ve been fortunate to be able to combine my passion for developing others, with my love of the game of football into a coaching career that has seen me involved in coaching on the youth, middle school and high school levels since 2001. Throughout that time, I have been effective coaching virtually every position on the field, and have held roles ranging from position coach, to defensive coordinator, to offensive coordinator, to head coach. The teams I have led have experienced an overwhelming amount of success, in large part due to unifying vision, focus and approach to achieving our goals that my coaches and I set year in and year out.
