   Led PokerBoss, a new initiative to monetize club-based Poker games via in-app purchases. Guided the backend team on coding best practices, scalable architectures, and efficient database designs. Collaborated with product and program managers to shape requirements into actionable technical milestones while ensuring timely execution.Key deliverables included:1. Platform & Infrastructure - Set up infrastructure on GCP with Terraform for replicability. Managed the deployment of Game Engine, its integration with Mobile App, and implemented Kafka for scaling event-driven communication. Designed and delivered player statistics by leveraging Kafka streams to track real-time gameplay.2. Monetization & Scalability - Integrated Apple Store and Google Play Store for seamless in-app purchases. Played a critical role in reviewing architecture and DB design for key features, ensuring the system was both scalable and resilient for high-volume usage.Achieved MVP delivery within 6 months under tight timelines, requiring minimal senior oversight.
