As a licensed administrator of post-acute facilities since 2004, I have enjoyed building and supporting strong teams, finding new opportunities for growth, promoting top tier customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.Over the years I have contributed to organizations by developing business strategies, recruiting and mentoring talented staff, and creating new systems to improve services, while working hands-on in a highly complex and rapidly changing industry.My mission is to advance my skills and experiences in order to help make a difference in the lives of others.    Timber Ridge at Talus is a resort-style senior living community nestled in Issaquah, WA just 15 miles from downtown Seattle.• Currently responsible for overseeing the full continuum of health care services including assisted living, residential health services, and our award winning 5-star skilled nursing facility.• Provided key support and coordination through a $160M expansion project in 2016, eventually reaching 96% sustained occupancy. Also supported full CHOW/recapitalization in 2020.• Directed our community’s infection prevention and vaccination efforts throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in extremely low # of positive resident cases. We also met our vaccination goals with 99% residents and 80% staff vaccinated.• Completed the new licensure and opening of the 26-bed assisted living & memory care neighborhoods as well as a skilled nursing expansion, outpatient therapy and new wellness center.
