I have over 18 years of successful staffing leadership and support experience in the commercial sector, delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions for the staffing needs of my clients.I have expertise in managing and executing all phases of the talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing staffing partners, qualifying and screening talent, negotiating offers, and onboarding. I also have experience with multiple ATS systems and platforms, providing functional specifications for the configuration of workflow functions. I have proven skills in RPO, contingency, and retained search project management and coordination, leading multi-year staffing initiatives for IT and other corporate functions.
