I define myself as a results-driven Computer Engineer with over seven years of experience in designing, building, and scaling robust data platforms and distributed systems. Since graduating in 2016, I have specialized in big data technologies, including Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Kafka, with a strong foundation in virtualization and OpenStack.My experience spans the full data lifecycle, from building lakehouses and data ingestion pipelines with Oozie and Hive to developing fraud detection platforms using Scala and Spark. I\'ve also contributed to key platform tools, including running Apache Airflow on Kubernetes and building data discovery microservices.Currently, I am focused on the next generation of data architectures, specializing in lakehouse architectures and exploring the capabilities of HTAP databases like StarRocks.
