He focuses on leadership development and creating effective staffing and organizational design solutions for government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector companies.Ernie served as a United States Army Officer, ran his own business, and dedicated 22 years to the FBI with assignments in the US and Southeast Asia. He recently worked as Senior Director at Alvarez and Marsal Consulting. He was also named the Department of Justice\'s first MMIP Coordinator, working with Operation Lady Justice to create national guidelines for cases involving missing and murdered American Indians and Alaskan Natives.He has received several awards and distinctions, including the Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service, the FBI Director’s Award for Excellence in International Investigations, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation Award, the Assistant Attorney General’s Exceptional Service Award, and the Department of State’s Meritorious Honor Award.Ernie has a bachelor’s degree in political science from West Point and completed strategic change management coursework at the Kellogg School of Management.
