ABOUT ERNIE TRICHLER

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wright State University in 1993. Following graduation, I served as an officer in the United States Army. I received my Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago, Illinois, in Following graduation, I worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Tampa bureau. I joined the law firm of Wicker, Smith, O\'Hara, McCoy, Graham & Ford, P.A, as an associate attorney in June 2001, where I practiced in the areas of long-term care, general liability and medical malpractice. I joined Bush Graziano & Rice, P.A, as an associate attorney in March 2003, where I continued to practice in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, products liability and general liability cases. I was voted Shareholder in December of 2006 prior to leaving to form Trichler Law Center, P.A. in January of 2007. In 2011, Trichler Law Center, P.A, formed with Jennifer Mandelbaum to create Mandelbaum Trichler Law Center, P.A. I am a member of The Florida Bar, Civil Trial Lawyers Section, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association. I am also admitted to practice in the Middle and Southern Districts of the U.S. District Court of Florida. My practice primarily concentrates in the areas of trucking litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, general liability and wrongful death. We proudly represent those who have been injured/harmed through the negligence of others through the State of Florida. I was named one of Florida\'s Rising Stars in 2009.
