I have been in a supervisory role at BMW Manufacturing for 25 years. Currently I am in currently in charge of the daily operations of the BIW TKB logistics for Body Shop at LCX Plant Logistics. Previously I was in charge of production and monitored all maintenance and quality issues that develop each day in the X5 body shop. Made sound quality and maintenance decisions and to insure that all of our associates are trained safely and with a sense of producing the best quality vehicle in the world. Preformed this duty for BMW for 23 years. I work with a value added team of associates who strive each day to meet their goals and targets and indicators.
