Currently responsible for the management, coaching, and development of 18 Field Technicians across 18 remote locations, situated throughout 13 States Assisted in restructure and alignment our enterprise\'s localized Field Technology organization to an efficient centralized structure, reporting to Corporate Technology Successful leadership; guiding a team of Field Technicians through critical change, resulting in buy-in and adoption of standardized processes and procedures Coaching and developing a team of Field Technicians while liaising between team and Corporate Development groups, Corporate Engineering groups, Project Management groups, Corporate Directors, and Senior Directors of Technology. Maintaining open communication with regional VPs and location Management, providing project strategy, initiatives, needs, and requirements; collecting and processing pertinent feedback necessary to addresses data collected.
