I have spent my career at the intersection of payments, technology, and enterprise finance, working to solve one of the most stubborn problems in corporate operations: how businesses pay each other.I started as a working capital consultant at Ernst & Young, where I helped Fortune 500 companies find the inefficiencies buried in their cash conversion cycles. That work taught me something that has shaped everything since: the way companies move money is broken, and most of them do not even realize how much it costs them.From there I went to Mastercard, where I built new B2B payment products for complex verticals like healthcare. Then to Change Healthcare, where I grew an electronic payments business to $3.5 billion in annual spend and saw firsthand how deeply embedded paper-based processes were in even the most sophisticated organizations.In 2015, I founded Finexio to fix this at the source. The thesis was simple: AP software platforms already manage the invoice and approval workflow, but the payment itself was still being handled by banks and check runs. We built the first true Payments-as-a-Service platform, embedding directly into AP and procurement software so their customers could pay electronically without changing how they work. Today, Finexio processes over $6 billion annually through partners like Jaggaer, BirchStreet, PairSoft, and Rillion, with J.P. Morgan as our banking partner and largest institutional investor.What drives me is the belief that B2B payments infrastructure should be invisible, secure, and generate value rather than consume it. We are still early. The majority of businesses in the United States still pay by paper check, and the opportunity to modernize how trillions of dollars move between companies is enormous.I studied History at NYU and International Public Policy at University College London.
