I’m a social worker and AI developer with nearly three decades of experience in human services. As one of the few social work practitioners applying AI to social work and education before it was widely adopted, I engaged in early, trailblazing work focused on building practical, responsible, and ethical systems grounded in frontline practice and public-sector accountability.As CEO of Kool Arrow Solutions, LLC, I focus on creating AI-powered products that protect clients, support frontline staff, and reduce burnout – not replace human relationships. Developed particularly for (although certainly not limited to) Social Work practitioners and organizations who need a more efficient model for implementing a Core Practice Model within their organization as well as to provide a \"digital cheat sheet\" for practitioners in the field or in the office. The Practice Model Helper is a tangible, user friendly, technical solution that is the bridge between training/coaching and daily practice, for which no other solution exists.\"
