This involves both a reactive and proactive team approach, working directly with clients, branch bankers, underwriters, and product specialists through telephone contact.Primary responsibility is to manage and grow Small Business client relationships, including sole proprietors, non-profits, and employer firms. Acts as an expert advisor to the Small Business owner on financial management, covering a full range of financial products and services including deposits, loans, credit cards, merchant services, payroll, ACH/wires, treasury services, insurance, and investments.
