In my current position I am Involved in the bioinformatics operations of the company, providing support to the bench scientists with different data analysis tasks.Responsible for the implementation and execution of the pipeline for the identification of somatic variants.Finally, I also participate in the writing of scientific software used in the company and in the configuration of the compute infrastructure used in the analysis of experimental data.

As a Senior Bioinformatician at Biofidelity, I apply advanced bioinformatics techniques and tools to unravel complex genomic patterns and contribute to the advancement of cancer research and personalised treatment strategies. With over 7 years of experience in bioinformatics and data science, I have developed and executed multiple pipelines for the analysis of NGS data, software for genomics data analysis, and scientific software used in the company.My specialities include coding in Python and other languages, precision medicine, data analysis, genomics, and design and implementation of bioinformatics pipelines. I have a PhD in Immunogenetics and Evolutionary Biology, an MSc in Biostatistics, and several certifications in data science and programming. I am also an expert in somatic variant identification, a key aspect of cancer genomics and diagnostics.
