In my current position I am Involved in the bioinformatics operations of the company, providing support to the bench scientists with different data analysis tasks. Responsible for the implementation and execution of the pipeline for the identification of somatic variants. Finally, I also participate in the writing of scientific software used in the company and in the configuration of the compute infrastructure used in the analysis of experimental data.
